Barre is a toning workout for all levels fusing ballet-inspired elements with functional training to lengthen and strengthen. It includes standing exercises and wraps up with mat-based core and abs.

Attire

Leggings or shorts and a tee or tank. We recommend being barefoot or wearing toeless socks. Don't forget to bring a filled water bottle!Â
