Aerial Silks or Sling

What are Aerial Fabrics?


Silks are one piece of fabric hung from the middle, creating two 'tails.' Sling (Hammock) is a looped piece of fabric. Fabrics are always eye-catching and dynamic!


How much is class?

Silks Level 1/2 | Mondays 6:30pm

We practice climbs, conditioning, foot locks, and work our way into pretty combos! There is something for everyone, whether you're a first-timer or a pro!

Sling Level 1/2 | Tuesdays 7:30pm

We use the same material as Silks but it's looped like a hammock. We become acquainted with entering, sitting, and standing in the fabric, introducing inversions from the floor, and more!

Attire

We recommend a tee-shirt and tights or leggings which allow for movement but also back of knee protection.  Avoid clothing with lots of zippers or buttons, and please remove rings and jewelry.
