Vinyasa Yoga | Mondays & Fridays 6:40am or Wednesdays 5:30pm

Vinyasa yoga links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body through a sequence of flow-based poses. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

Gentle Yoga | Tuesdays 9:30am (STARTING OCTOBER)

Create the foundation for a day of presence and mindfulness through connective movement. This class is energizing, nourishing, and can be tailored for challenge, to help you expand your personal practice.  

Active Mobility | Thursdays 6:15pm (STARTING OCTOBER)

Based on the science of functional movement, Mobility™ class teaches flexibility, breathwork, and gentle exercises that enhance the way you move throughout the day. 

How much is class?

Attire

We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. For example, a tee, tank or sports bra is good with leggings or yoga or athletic shorts.
