Target small muscle groups for core strength and alignment. We use small equipment like rollers, rings, fit balls, & flex cords.

Total Body Conditioning | Tuesdays 10:15am

Learn to keep your body optimized with functional movement by Grace. All levels friendly, from young adults to advanced seniors. 

Intro to Inversions & Handstands | Wednesdays 5:30pm

Whether you already have a Handstand or are working toward it, this class is for you! We also practice Crows, Headstands, Forearm Stands, & much more. Totally all levels!

Barre | Sundays 9:00am & Wednesdays 10:15am ($10 childcare available for Wed)

A toning workout for all levels fusing ballet-inspired elements with functional training to lengthen and strengthen.

Mobility | Thursdays 6:30pm

CIRCL Mobility™ class teaches flexibility, functional movement, and breathwork through gentle exercises.

YogaLates | Saturdays 8:30am

A dynamic yet low-impact fusion of Yoga and Pilates that is perfect for all levels.

Attire & Mat Use

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. Bring your own yoga mat if possible as we have a limited supply of 6 free mats for use.
