This setup allows you to safely explore new ranges of motion, increase strength, and challenge your coordination. For those who love rhythm and movement, we offer an option to choreograph sequences together to music, blending fitness with creative expression.
Class Schedule:
Tuesdays: Fundamentals & all-levels welcome – perfect for beginners or anyone refining skills.
Sundays: Flow & Dance – put your skills into choreographed sequences for a fun, dynamic workout.
Sizing & Inclusivity:
Our bungees accommodate waist sizes 24"–38" and weights from 115–250 lbs, with plans to expand for greater inclusivity.

Attire
We recommend leggings and a tee or tank. Some students like wearing bike shorts over leggings for extra cushion. We do not recommend bare skin at the waist. For this class, you'll be wearing a four-point harness and the bungee will clip in to a point on your back. Do not wear jewelry or clothing that has zippers, as these items could catch.
