A slower version of class combining elements of stretch and postures. Friendly for all levels and abilities that can be adapted to each student to add or lower challenge.
CIRCL Mobility™ class is geared to students who need a great starting place, with gentle flexibility and layered moves.
Target small muscle groups for core strength and alignment. We use small equipment like fit balls, & flex cords.
A lively workout using high- and low-intensity intervals to tone your body and keep the party going.
A toning workout for all levels fusing ballet-inspired elements with functional training to lengthen and strengthen.
This grounded class may incorporate aerial fabrics or other apparatus to support stretching and strength, especially for shoulders, spine, and core, while keeping your feet on the floor.
A signature vinyasa flow, but the teacher routinely changes the sequence to reflect your requests, such as hip openers, knee or spinal mobility, & more!
This class is about getting your head below your heart and building on foundations, from down dog to headstand, arm balances, & even handstands. Totally all levels and a STAFF FAVE.

Attire & Mat Use
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretch. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle if possible, as we have a limited supply of 6 free mats for use.
