Aerial Arts & Bungee
Learn hoop entries like tucks & knee hooks, plus fun shapes like Mermaids & Stars! Great for first-timers or students with experience.
We learn to enter, sit, and stand, then begin inverting, in beautiful looped fabric. Giggles included for free! All Levels friendly.

Practice climbs, conditioning, foot locks, and work our way into pretty combos! There is something for everyone, whether you're a first-timer or a pro!
Bungee combines low-impact aerobics, fitness, and dance in a full-body workout! Bungees are stretchy bands attached to the ceiling and harnessed at your waist.
Pole
We start with a warm-up to get the blood flowing, followed by dips, spins, and floorwork. This class is where to start or also for experienced students wanting to polish skills!
Put some twirl in your life! Work on control, speed, and and moving through different shapes from grounded positions or in the air. All Levels friendly.
Learn a new routine every 4–6 weeks in styles like lyrical, jazz, Broadway, and more! Jump in anytime—each series builds in progressions.
Amp up the climbs and inversions! Expect combos and added conditioning. We recommend being comfortable with a Pole Stand, Knee Hook Spins, and Pirouettes before taking this class.Â
Time to level up! Students should have a solid ground-based chopper and inverted crucifix to enter this level and be working strongly on aerial inverts, aerial fan kicks, & shoulder mounts.

7:30pm Flexibility & Strength Foundations: 16+ (grounded but uses aerial apparatus)

10:00am Bungee: 13 & Up
Attire
Rise: We recommend a tee-shirt and tights or leggings which allow for movement but also back of knee protection. Â
Ignite: We close-fitting spandex or cotton shorts that hit above the knee and a tee or crop/sports bra top.Â
Avoid clothing with lots of zippers or buttons, and please remove rings and jewelry.
