Barre is a toning workout for all levels fusing ballet-inspired elements with functional training to lengthen and strengthen. It includes standing exercises and wraps up with mat-based core and abs.
Sunday's format is called Musicality where each song of a playlist is inspired by or focused on a specific type of movement. For ex, first position plies, lunges, squats.
Wednesday's class format is Cardio & Flow, with a fun playlist in the background to keep us moving!

Attire
